The Burn Barrel
Official Rules

Each weekly Burn Barrel contest governed by these Rules is free to enter. No entry fee, purchase, subscription, donation, deposit, paid account, or payment of any kind is required to enter or win a weekly contest governed by these Rules, and no payment will improve a participant's chances of winning. Any attempt to require or accept payment as a condition of entry into a weekly contest governed by these Rules is void.

This contest is sponsored and administered by Earn N' Burn LLC, 475 Jake Alexander Blvd W, Suite 102, PMB 258, Salisbury, NC 28147 ("ENB," "we," "us"). ENB is responsible for contest operation and prizes.

The Burn Barrel is a free, weekly, skill-based fantasy football challenge. Each week, participants use their own football knowledge and judgment to assemble a lineup of eligible NFL players under ENB's roster rules. Lineups are scored using ENB's published scoring rules, and the highest-scoring eligible lineup for that week wins. Outcomes are determined predominantly by each participant's skill, knowledge, analysis, and player selections. No lottery, random drawing, coin flip, or other sponsor-administered random mechanism selects the winner.

Open only to individuals who, at the time of entry: (a) are at least eighteen (18) years of age; (b) are legal residents of the United States (all fifty states and the District of Columbia); and (c) have a valid ENB account. The Burn Barrel is open to eligible residents of all fifty states and the District of Columbia, subject to "void where prohibited or restricted by law." Limit one (1) account and one (1) entry per person per weekly contest. Employees, officers, contractors, vendors, and agents of ENB, and their immediate household and family members, are not eligible to win.

Each NFL week is a separate contest. ENB will publish that week's Burn Barrel board and open the weekly entry window by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on Tuesday. The board may open earlier. All references to ET mean prevailing Eastern Time, including daylight saving time when applicable.

Any player whose scheduled game begins before 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, including any Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or early-Sunday or international game, locks five (5) minutes before that player's scheduled kickoff. Once locked, that player may not be newly selected, removed, replaced, or otherwise changed for that weekly contest. Contestants may continue to edit only players who have not locked.

At 12:55 p.m. ET on Sunday, every player who has not already locked becomes locked, including players in the Sunday late-afternoon slate, Sunday Night Football, and Monday Night Football. At that point the entire lineup is final. A lineup must be complete, valid, and submitted by 12:55 p.m. ET on Sunday to be eligible.

Weekly contests run during NFL regular-season Weeks 1 through 18.

Log into or create a free ENB account, build a Burn Barrel lineup under the posted roster rules, and submit it before the weekly lock. There is no payment step for any weekly contest governed by these Rules. One (1) lineup per person per weekly contest. Entries that are incomplete, submitted after lock, or submitted through unauthorized means are void.

After the week's games and applicable stat corrections, ENB tallies each valid lineup under the published Burn Barrel Module and scoring rules. The eligible lineup with the highest total ENB Points is the winner. Scoring is objective and applied uniformly.

Weekly scoring becomes final at 12:00 p.m. ET on the Wednesday following the applicable NFL week (the "Stat Correction Cutoff"). ENB will incorporate stat corrections reflected in its designated sources before the Stat Correction Cutoff and will not reopen a weekly result for a later source correction, except to correct an ENB clerical, calculation, or data-ingestion error in applying data that was available from a controlling source before the cutoff. Sleeper is the controlling source for player statistics other than touchdown distance. ESPN and any other third-party touchdown-distance feeds are initial scoring inputs only. Touchdown distance is determined under the audit procedure below, and the distance established under that procedure controls for ENB scoring. Before the Stat Correction Cutoff, ENB will conduct a documented weekly audit of every touchdown and will correct or supply touchdown-distance data when the distance is objectively verifiable from the official NFL gamebook or official NFL play-by-play, or, if neither states the distance, from two independent publicly available contemporaneous play-by-play sources that agree on the distance; the same verification standard will be applied uniformly to every scoring play and without regard to its effect on any participant's score, rank, or prize outcome, and ENB's touchdown-distance determinations are final at the Stat Correction Cutoff and will not be reopened based on information first published or identified after that cutoff. If touchdown distance cannot be verified under that procedure by the Stat Correction Cutoff, no touchdown-distance bonus is awarded for that play.

If an NFL game is postponed and completed before the Stat Correction Cutoff, scoring from that game is included. If a scheduled NFL game is canceled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the Stat Correction Cutoff and the controlling sources do not report final statistics for that game by the cutoff, no ENB Points from that game count for that weekly contest. A game that has begun but is later suspended remains subject to this same rule.

If two or more eligible lineups tie for the highest score, all tied entrants are co-winners and each receives a separate ENB Burnt Scroll. ENB will maintain extra Scrolls for this purpose. No lottery, random drawing, coin flip, or other sponsor-administered random mechanism is used to select among tied entrants.

Each weekly winner receives one ENB Burnt Scroll, a branded physical keepsake with ARV $25. The scheduled base inventory is 18 Scrolls, one for each weekly contest, with scheduled base ARV $450. Exact first-place ties receive duplicate Scrolls and may increase the actual inventory and aggregate value. Prizes are non-transferable. ENB may substitute branded merchandise of equal or greater value if a Scroll becomes unavailable.

ENB will notify each weekly winner through the winner's ENB account and email address promptly after results are final. The winner must confirm acceptance and a valid U.S. shipping address within 10 days. An unclaimed, declined, or ineligible prize is forfeited and is not transferred to another entrant.

ENB will mail each weekly Scroll to a valid U.S. address by the Thursday following that week's contest if the winner has confirmed the address. If confirmation arrives later within the claim period, ENB will mail within three business days after confirmation. Shipping is within the United States only and is free to the winner.

Winners are responsible for applicable taxes. ENB may require tax or identity documentation and will report prizes only as required by applicable law.

All entries and potential winners are subject to verification by ENB. ENB may verify a participant's identity, age, jurisdiction, account, and lineup validity before awarding any prize. ENB may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, invalid, duplicate, fraudulent, or that violates these rules. ENB's determinations on all matters relating to contest administration are final and binding.

Except where prohibited, by winning a prize the winner consents to ENB's use of the winner's first name, last initial, and state for the limited purpose of announcing weekly winners. ENB may invite (but does not require) the weekly winner to share a photo of themselves with their prize, which ENB may use for promotional purposes with the winner's permission. All personal information is collected and used in accordance with the ENB Privacy Policy.

These Official Rules govern only the free 2026 edition of The Burn Barrel and each weekly contest offered under them. No paid Burn Barrel contest is offered under these Rules. Participation in any other ENB contest, whether free or paid, is not required to enter or win a weekly contest governed by these Rules and does not confer any scoring, entry, or prize advantage in that weekly contest.

ENB may in the future offer a paid edition of The Burn Barrel. Any paid Burn Barrel contest will be offered under separate official rules and an identified effective date that apply only to that paid contest. Launching a paid edition will not retroactively change the entry status, eligibility, lineup locks, scoring, or prize rights of any weekly contest governed by these free 2026 Rules.

If these Rules conflict with ENB's general Terms and Conditions or any paid-contest document concerning entry fees, paid prize pools, reserves, refunds, alternate methods of entry, or paid-contest jurisdiction restrictions, these Rules control for the free 2026 Burn Barrel.

ENB may disqualify tampering, multiple accounts or identities, result manipulation, or other unfair conduct. If fraud, a technical failure, or a cause beyond ENB's reasonable control corrupts a weekly contest, ENB may cancel or suspend that week's contest. If canceled, no prize is awarded for that week. ENB's failure to enforce a provision does not waive it.

These rules and this contest are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to the Burn Barrel is subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of the ENB Terms and Conditions.

The free 2026 Burn Barrel contests governed by these Rules require no entry fee or other participant consideration and are structured as promotional skill contests. It is not a lottery, sweepstakes drawing, raffle, bet, wager, or sportsbook product, and no consideration of any kind is required to enter or to win. Nothing in this contest constitutes gambling.
