To participate in Earn N' Burn (“ENB”) fantasy contests, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. The higher state minimum ages and restricted‑state rules apply to ENB's paid contests; the free 2026 Season Zero and Burn Barrel follow the free‑contest terms in the note below.

Free 2026 Season Zero & Burn Barrel.The free 2026 contests are open to individuals 18 years of age or older who are legal residents of any of the fifty U.S. states or the District of Columbia. No entry fee, purchase, or payment is required. The higher state minimum ages and restricted‑state rules below apply only to ENB's future paid contests and do not govern the free 2026 Season Zero or Burn Barrel. 01Age Requirements

To participate in ENB fantasy contests, you must meet the minimum legal age for paid fantasy sports in your jurisdiction:

  • 18 years or older in most U.S. states
  • 19 years or older in Alabama and Nebraska
  • 21 years or older in Massachusetts, Iowa, and Arizona

ENB may require proof of age at any time, including government‑issued identification, to confirm eligibility.

02Geographic Eligibility (U.S.)

Permitted Locations

You may enter paid ENB contests only when you are physically located in a jurisdiction where skill‑based fantasy contests are legal.

Restricted U.S. States

Due to state laws, ENB does not allow paid entries from:

Washington
Idaho
Nevada
Hawaii
Montana

Users physically located in these states cannot enter paid contests. Earn N' Burn contests are open to eligible U.S. residents only.

03Location Verification & Anti‑VPN Policy

To comply with state and provincial laws, ENB may:

  • Verify your physical location
  • Block access from restricted jurisdictions
  • Detect and block VPNs, proxies, or location‑masking tools
  • Request proof of location
  • Void entries submitted from prohibited locations

Enforcement

If ENB detects that a user attempted to bypass location restrictions using a VPN, proxy, or any method intended to disguise their true location, ENB may:

  • Void the entry
  • Withhold or forfeit prizes
  • Suspend or terminate the account
04Identity Verification

To ensure compliance and contest integrity, ENB may require:

  • Government‑issued ID
  • Proof of address
  • Age verification
  • Completion of tax forms (e.g., W‑9 for U.S. users)

Failure to verify may result in withheld payouts or account suspension.

05One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one ENB account. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Multiple accounts
  • Shared accounts
  • Proxy entries (entering on behalf of someone else)
  • Collusion or coordinated lineup strategies
  • Syndicate play

Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of winnings.

06Prohibited Participants

To maintain contest integrity, the following individuals may not participate in ENB contests:

  • Professional football players
  • Employees of NFL teams, leagues, or official data providers
  • Individuals with access to non‑public player performance information
  • ENB employees or contractors with contest‑related access
07Self‑Certification

By creating an account or entering a contest, you affirm that:

  • You meet all age and location requirements
  • You are playing from a permitted jurisdiction
  • You are entering contests on your own behalf
  • Your information is accurate and truthful
  • You are not violating any local laws by participating
08Account Suspension & Termination

ENB may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Eligibility violations
  • Fraud or suspected fraud
  • Location spoofing
  • Multi‑accounting
  • Chargebacks
  • Abuse or harassment
  • Refusal to verify identity or location

ENB may void entries or withhold payouts during investigations.

09Changes to Eligibility Rules

Fantasy contest laws change frequently. ENB may update eligibility requirements at any time to comply with new regulations. If a jurisdiction becomes restricted after you have entered a contest, ENB may:

  • Void entries
  • Issue refunds where appropriate
  • Restrict future participation
