This Refund Policy explains when entry fees may be refunded for Earn N' Burn (“ENB”) fantasy contests. By entering any contest, you agree to this policy.
All entry fees are final once a contest reaches its scheduled start time (for season‑long contests, Week 1; for weekly contests, lineup lock). Because ENB provides access to a digital contest service, entry fees are considered non‑refundable digital goods. Refunds are only issued in the limited situations described below.
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Contest Canceled Before Start
A contest is canceled before its scheduled start date (including Week 1 for season‑long contests or lineup lock for weekly contests).
Entry Voided Due to Ineligibility
If ENB determines that a user was not eligible to enter a contest (age, location, or identity verification failure), the entry may be voided and refunded.
Duplicate Charges
If a user is accidentally charged more than once for the same entry, ENB will refund the duplicate charge(s).
ENB‑Confirmed Platform Failure
If ENB experiences a verified, platform‑level technical failure that prevents users from entering or editing lineups, ENB may issue refunds at its discretion.

If a season‑long contest is canceled after it has started:
Eight or More Weeks Completed
If 8 or more weeks have been completed, ENB will:
Fewer Than Eight Weeks Completed
If fewer than 8 weeks have been completed, ENB will:
Initiating a chargeback for a valid entry is prohibited. If a user files a chargeback, ENB may:
Chargebacks for valid entries are considered fraudulent activity.
ENB may deny refunds if:
ENB may withhold funds during investigations.
ENB uses official league data providers. Refunds are not issued for:
ENB is not responsible for errors outside its control.

Refunds are only considered when ENB confirms a platform‑level failure affecting a significant portion of users.
Refund processing times depend on:
ENB is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
For Canadian users:
ENB may require documentation to verify a refund request. Refunds may be denied if sufficient proof is not provided.
All refund decisions made by ENB are final.
