ENB is a skill‑based fantasy football contest. We want every participant to enjoy the experience in a healthy, controlled way. This page explains the tools available to help you stay in control and where to get support if you need it.

01Our Commitment

ENB is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable contest experience. While ENB is a skill‑based game — not gambling — we recognize that any activity involving real money and competitive outcomes can become problematic for some individuals.

We take this seriously. Our responsible play tools are available to every ENB user at any time, with no questions asked.

02Know the Signs

Playing fantasy sports should be fun. It may be time to step back if you notice any of the following:

  • Spending more on entry fees than you can afford to lose
  • Entering contests to recover previous losses
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or distracted when not playing
  • Neglecting work, family, or other responsibilities because of contest activity
  • Hiding your contest activity or spending from others
  • Borrowing money or using funds meant for essentials to enter contests
  • Continuing to enter contests despite wanting to stop

03Spending Awareness

ENB recommends that all participants set a personal budget before entering any contest. A responsible approach includes:

  • Only entering contests with money you can afford to lose
  • Setting a weekly or seasonal spending limit and sticking to it
  • Treating entry fees as entertainment expenses, not investments
  • Reviewing your transaction history regularly in your account settings

Your full entry fee and payout history is available at any time in your ENB account dashboard.

04Contest Entry Limits

ENB enforces a one‑entry‑per‑contest policy for all season‑long contests. This is a core part of the ENB format and ensures fair competition across all participants.

If you feel you are entering contests at a pace that is not healthy, contact us at support@enbfantasy.com to discuss additional limits on your account.

05Account Freeze

An account freeze is a temporary suspension of your ENB account. During a freeze:

  • You cannot enter new contests
  • You cannot deposit funds
  • Your existing account data is preserved
  • Any contests already entered remain active

Account freezes can be requested for any duration. To request a freeze, email support@enbfantasy.com with the subject line “Account Freeze Request” and your requested duration. We will process your request within one business day.

06Self‑Exclusion

Self‑exclusion is a permanent closure of your ENB account. Once self‑exclusion is activated:

  • Your account is permanently closed and cannot be reopened
  • You will not be able to create a new ENB account
  • Any pending payouts will be processed and issued before closure
  • Your account data is retained as required by law
Self‑exclusion is permanent and irreversible. Please consider an account freeze first if you need a temporary break.

To request self‑exclusion, email support@enbfantasy.com with the subject line “Self‑Exclusion Request”. We will process your request within one business day and send confirmation when complete.

08Minors

ENB contests are strictly limited to adults who meet the minimum age requirements in their jurisdiction. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed ENB, contact us immediately at support@enbfantasy.com. We will close the account and issue any applicable refunds promptly.
