Welcome to Earn N' Burn Fantasy Football (“ENB,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By creating an account or entering any ENB contest, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
ENB provides skill‑based fantasy football contests where users select players, earn points based on real‑world performance, and compete for prizes. ENB offers skill‑based fantasy sports contests and does not offer sports betting or accept wagers on the outcome of sporting events. The free 2026 Season Zero and Burn Barrel require no entry fee, purchase, or payment of any kind.
Eligibility depends on contest type. For the free 2026 Season Zero and Burn Barrel, you must be a U.S. resident age 18 or older; those contests are open in all fifty U.S. states and the District of Columbia. For ENB's paid contests, you must satisfy any higher minimum age required by applicable law and be physically located at the time of entry in a U.S. state in which ENB permits paid contest entries.

Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of winnings.
Prizes are awarded based on final standings after scoring is complete.
Tax Reporting
If your net winnings (prizes minus entry fees) reach $2,000 or more in a calendar year:
You are responsible for reporting all winnings to tax authorities.
Prize Escrow
ENB maintains all prize pool funds in a designated account separate from general operating funds. Entry fees are allocated to the prize pool and protected against ENB's operational liabilities, ensuring prizes are available for distribution at the conclusion of each contest.
This Section 7 applies only to ENB's paid contests and does not apply to the free 2026 Season Zero or Burn Barrel. The provisions below concerning entry fees, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate charges, and prize-pool allocation therefore apply only to paid contests.
All entry fees are final once a contest locks.

Mandatory Binding Arbitration
Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ENB will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
Class Action Waiver
You and ENB each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.
Opt‑Out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to legal@enbfantasy.com. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection to venue.
ENB is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
ENB may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in‑app notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
