ENB provides skill‑based fantasy football contests where users select players, earn points based on real‑world performance, and compete for prizes. ENB is not gambling, does not offer sports betting, and does not operate games of chance.

To participate, you must:

• Be 18 years or older, except where local law requires a higher age
• Be physically located in a permitted U.S. state or Canadian province at the time of entry
• Have only one ENB account
• Provide accurate registration information
• Not be prohibited by law from participating in skill‑based fantasy contests

Restricted U.S. States (No Paid Entries Allowed)

Due to state laws, ENB does not allow paid contests from:

• Washington
• Idaho
• Nevada
• Hawaii
• Montana

Restricted Canadian Provinces (No Paid Entries Allowed)

ENB does not accept paid contest entries from:

• Quebec
• Ontario

Location Verification

To comply with state laws and payment‑processor requirements, ENB may:

• Verify your physical location
• Block VPNs, proxies, or masked IP addresses
• Request proof of location
• Void entries placed from prohibited jurisdictions

Failure to verify may result in account suspension or forfeited winnings.

Identity Verification

ENB may require:

• Government‑issued ID
• Proof of age
• Proof of address
• Completion of a W‑9 or equivalent tax form

Failure to verify may result in withheld payouts or account closure.

Prohibited Participants

You may not enter ENB contests if you are:

• A professional football player
• An employee of an NFL team, league, or data provider
• An individual with access to non‑public player performance information
• An ENB employee or contractor with contest‑related access

Users may maintain only one ENB account. Multi‑accounting is strictly prohibited.

ENB may suspend or terminate accounts involved in:

• Duplicate accounts
• Shared accounts
• Proxy entries
• Collusion
• Syndicate play

Each contest has its own rules, scoring, and payout structure. By entering, you agree to:

• Follow all contest rules
• Submit valid lineups before lock
• Accept ENB's scoring and results as final

Stat Corrections

ENB uses official league data providers. You acknowledge:

• Stat corrections may occur
• ENB may adjust results after contests
• Minor corrections may not change payouts
• ENB is not responsible for third‑party data delays or inaccuracies

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Collude with other users
• Share lineups or coordinate entries
• Attempt to manipulate scoring or outcomes
• Use VPNs or location‑masking tools
• Exploit bugs or platform vulnerabilities
• Engage in harassment or abuse
• Impersonate another user, ENB employee, or any other person or entity
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the ENB platform

Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of winnings.

Prizes are awarded based on final standings after scoring is complete.

Tax Reporting

If you win $600 or more in a calendar year:

• ENB will issue a 1099‑NEC
• You must complete a W‑9
• ENB may withhold payouts until tax forms are submitted

You are responsible for reporting all winnings to tax authorities.

Prize Escrow

ENB maintains all prize pool funds in a designated account separate from general operating funds. Entry fees are allocated to the prize pool and protected against ENB's operational liabilities, ensuring prizes are available for distribution at the conclusion of each contest.

All entry fees are final once a contest locks.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• A contest is canceled before its scheduled start date
• ENB voids an entry due to ineligibility
• A duplicate charge occurs

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a valid entry is prohibited. ENB may:

• Suspend your account
• Withhold funds
• Recover chargeback fees
• Permanently ban abusive users

ENB may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violating these Terms
• Fraud or suspected fraud
• Chargebacks
• Refusal to verify identity or location
• Abusive behavior
• Illegal activity

ENB may void entries or withhold payouts during investigations.

ENB encourages responsible participation. If you feel you are losing control of your play, contact support for assistance.

Your use of ENB is governed by our:

• Privacy Policy
• Cookie Policy

These explain how we collect, use, and protect your data.

ENB relies on third‑party providers for:

• Payment processing
• Hosting
• Data feeds
• Analytics

ENB is not responsible for outages, delays, or errors caused by third‑party services.

ENB provides the platform, contests, and all related services on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENB expressly disclaims all warranties, including:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or data
• Warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure
• Warranties regarding third‑party data, scoring feeds, or services

Your use of ENB is at your sole risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, in which case some of the above may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ENB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• ENB is not responsible for user device issues, internet failures, or data provider errors
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the platform

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ENB and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the ENB platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your submission of inaccurate eligibility or identity information
• Any third‑party claim arising from your conduct on the platform

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.

Mandatory Binding Arbitration

Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ENB will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.

Class Action Waiver

You and ENB each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.

Opt‑Out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to legal@enbfantasy.com. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection to venue.

ENB is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Internet outages
• Data provider failures
• Payment processor outages

All ENB decisions regarding:

• Scoring
• Standings
• Payouts
• Refunds
• Eligibility

…are final and binding.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

ENB may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in‑app notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
